Agreement to Terms

THE LG HACKS (hereinafter “THE LG HACKS”, “We/Us/Our”) provides services, products, and information via our website (located at www.thelghacks.com) and other platforms. By using our platforms, purchasing our products (digital or otherwise), or subscribing to our services, you accept these Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with all of its provisions.

If you do not wish to accept these Terms & Conditions, DO NOT USE OUR PLATFORMS OR PURCHASE OUR PRODUCTS.

Purchases and Payments

We provide digital products in the form of downloadable content, video courses, and community access.

•Payment Processor: We use Stripe to process payments. By providing your payment information, you warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

•Refunds: Our refund policy is governed by the separate Refund Policy document, which allows for a 30-day refund period for the primary course offer, resulting in the removal of all access and community privileges.

Intellectual Property

All content included in our products and on our platforms, such as text, graphics, logos, images, video clips, and digital downloads, is the property of THE LG HACKS and is protected by copyright laws.

•License: When you purchase a course, we grant you a single-user, non-transferable license to access the content for your personal or internal business use.

•Prohibitions: You may not share your login credentials, resell our content, or redistribute our materials without express written permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to use our platforms or community for any unlawful purpose or to transmit any "Prohibited Content," including but not limited to:

•Content that is illegal, defamatory, or abusive.

•Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

•Unauthorized commercial solicitations or "spam."

Limitation of Liability

THE LG HACKS provides educational materials. We do not guarantee specific financial results or lead generation numbers, as results depend on individual implementation and market conditions. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of our products.
